Fine performance, issues

While this was a fine performance of the Nutcracker, I was not overly impressed. The symphony is a lovely addition but the acoustics are mediocre at best. The baby screaming in the balcony for 10 minutes during the second half was beyond annoying. I am shocked ushers did not resolve more quickly. I feel like paying $75/ticket for a ballet should provide some semblance of audience respect. I am tired of the Murat selling candy in crinkly bags for children too young to sit through a performance so they can make extra money and I can listen to cellophane wrappers instead of what is happening on the stage. Dancing a B overall with a few A standouts.
